Turmeric – 1 Tsp.
Salt – 1 Tbsp. / To taste
Eno fruit salt – 1 generous Tsp.
Oil – 1 Tbsp.
Sugar – 1 Tbsp.
Water – (as required) 100 ml
For Tempering or Tadka :
Oil – 1 Tbsp.
Mustard seeds – 1 Tbsp.
Asafetida – a pinch
Some fresh Curry leaves
Dry red chili – 2
Green chili chopped – 4
Sugar – 2 tbsp.
Chopped coriander
Grated coconut
Water – ½ glass (as required)
