• If you want to store hari chutney, you should add whole lemon to it instead of half, so that chutney will not get darker.

Ingredients:

Coriander leaves/cilantro – 1 cup
Mint leaves – ¼ cup
Ginger – 1 inch piece (2 pieces)
Peanuts – 10 to 12
Green chilies – 2
Roasted cumin powder – 1 tsp. roasted cumin seeds or jeera (roast cumin seeds on tawa and grind it).
Lemon juice – 1 tbsp. or half lemon
Salt to taste or 1 tsp.
