Moong/green grams are very beneficial for our health. Here I have shown a process of how to make green Moong ki sabzi which is tasty, healthy and quick. Boiling in presser cooker and then giving tadka makes it more delicious. It is very healthy and quick recipe you can add it in your diet meal as well.
Ingredients:
Moong/whole green grams- ½ cup (washed)
Water for boiling – 1 glass
Oil – 2 tbsp.
Ginger garlic paste –
Onion (chopped)-
Tomatoes (chopped)- ½ cup
Asafoetida – (Hing) – just a pinch
Red chili powder – 2 tsp.
Turmeric powder – ½ tsp.
Coriander-cumin powder – 1 tsp.
Garam masala powder- ½ tsp.
Mustard seeds – ½ tsp.
Cumin powder – ½ tsp.
Some fresh Curry leaves
Salt to taste
Lemon to taste/ 7 to 1o drops
Some fresh chopped Coriander leaves
