Preparation & cooking time – 30 minutes
For boiling process: –
– Cauliflower- 1/4 cup
– Potato – 4 big sizes
– Green peas – 1/2 cup
– Beetroot – 1/4 cup
– Onion- 1 big
– Water – 1.5 cup
– Salt- 1/2 tsp
– Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
For garlic chutney: –
– Garlic cloves – 10 to 12
– Kashmiri red chili powder – 2 tsp
For pav bhaji making: –
– Oil – 2 tbsp
– Butter – 2 tbsp
– Cumin seeds – ½ tsp
– Capsicum chopped – ½ cup
– Prepared Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
– Red chili power – 1 tsp
– Cumin coriander powder – 1/2 tsp
– Chopped green chili – 2
– Coriander leaves – 1 tbsp
– Pav bhaji masala – 1tbsp + 1tsp for tempering
– Dry fenugreek leaves – 1 tsp for tempering
– Butter – 1 tsp for tempering
vital Tips :-
– Use more butter for the better taste.
– You may prepare green chutney too that is optional.
