Ingredients:

Suji/semolina/rava – 1/2 cup
Ghee- 1/2 cup
Milk – 2 cup
Sugar – 1/2 cup
Banana – 1/2 cup
Dry fruits – 1/4 cup (almonds, cashews, raisins)
Cardamom and nutmeg powder – 1/4 tsp. (optional)

Vital Tips:-

You can reduce the quantity of ghee if you are not preparing it for pooja prasadam but adding the same quantity of ghee of suji will make sheera as delicious as of temple style Prasad recipe.

First, dry roast suji for few minutes so that the texture of sheera will be perfect.

Adding bananas and basil leaves makes sheera perfect.

Adding boiled hot milk in the sheera will enhance the taste of sheera. Sheera will not become sticky.
