Pizza is an Italian dish which we will make a little bit of Indian style so that it suits our taste. Try this pizza recipe at home.

Pizza recipe video shows how to make delicious pizza at home with readily available ingredients. This homemade pizza recipe is awesome and makes a great treat for whatever toppings and cheese you love to add. It’s quite simple but it is full of flavors in it. The blend of cheese with some veggies brings a scrumptious Italian taste. Check out the tricks to make ready-made pizza base just like homemade bases.

There are two ways to make a pizza, with oven, or without oven & microwave by using tawa or kadai. I have shown a recipe using the kadai (you can also use a pan or tawa) as well as using an oven. By using this recipe, you can make pizza in less time than ordering it. I have also shared a homemade pizza sauce on this channel. I usually prepare pizza sauce as well as boil corn before a day so that it would be easier to make pizza immediately. This recipe is quick, easy, and as delicious as domino’s style pizza recipe.

Preparation time: 20 minutes

Servings: for family

Ingredients:

Pizza base – as per your requirements
Pizza sauce – as per your choice
Capsicum – 1/4 cup
Boiled corn – 2 tbsp.
Small onion – 1
Mozzarella cheese – 30 grams per pizza base
Processed cube cheese – 1 cube per pizza base
Chili flakes to sprinkle

Vital Tips:

If you are making the pizza in kadai, then add any regular salt which is used you in day to day cooking. Place a stand, cover it let it preheat on a medium flame for 15 minutes before making pizza in it.

I have used a pizza tray to bake. If you do not have that, you can use any aluminum plate.

Prick pizza base and apply some water on it.

Apply butter on the sides of pizza. This is the trick that stops ready-made pizza base to become hard after baking.

You can add toppings as per your choice.

Back pizza in preheated kadai on a medium flame for 10 minutes. Check pizza in between, so that it does not overcook.

If you are baking in an electric oven, bake it on 180 degrees for 10 minutes. Keep a watch on the pizza so that it does not burn. Otherwise cheese and base will become hard.
