Storage Instructions:
· This pink velvet cake can be stored for 2 to 3 days in the refrigerator.

· Plain flour/all purpose flour (Maida) – 1 cup
· Powder sugar – 1 cup
· Baking powder – 1 tsp.
· Baking soda – 1/4 tsp.
· Cocoa powder – 1 tbsp.
· Oil – 1/2 cup (I used sunflower because it is tasteless, smells less)
· Red liquid food color – 2 tsp.
· Warm milk – 1/3 cup
· Lemon juice – 2 tbsp.

For frosting:
bluebird Whipping powder – 2 packs of 50-gram
cold chilled water – 200 ml
pink food color – a single drop
Water – to sprinkle on the base of the cake

Vital Tips:
· All ingredients for making cake base should be at room temperature.
· Instead of milk + lemon juice you can use buttermilk.
· Preheat the oven at 180 degrees Celsius (350 F) and bake the cake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
· Let the cake cool down completely.
while you are applying whipping cream on the base of cake try to clean cake knife frequently so that layer will become smooth as per your wish.
so as you should clean piping bag’s nozzle’s point also so that design would be neat and clean.
