Sabudana Vada Recipe Details (Sabudana Appe/Sabudana Cutlets/Sabudana Cutlets/Sabudana Tikki):

Sabudana vada is an Indian dish, typically consumed in Gujarat and Maharashtra. Sago vada is deep fried sago potato dumpling served with green vrat special chutney. These non-fried Sabudana Appes are best for tea time snacks. Kids love it like anything so you can serve them like a lunch box recipe.

This Sago Vada recipe video shows two different kinds of methods, one is deep fried and the other one is the appe pan method. In appe pan / paniyaram panvery, only a few drops of oil or ghee is used so it is very healthy. Sabudana vada is so tasty, spicy, crispy & crunchy that it will fill your hunger easily during fasting days.
