Raw mango candy is a popular Indian sweet and tangy candy (goli) that will be loved by all in your family. Mango candy can be served as mukhwas after each meal. It has so many healthy ingredients that will keep your digestive system good. Gujarati & Rajasthani people serve this pachak goli after meals as mukhwas. Do try this different, easy, and quick mukhwas recipe!
This candy recipe is made with raw mango, Jaggery, and some flavoured Indian species which are readily available at everyone’s home. It is so convenient to purchase this pachak goli from the market but it has so many preservatives in it. The second thing is you can manage the quantity of salt and spices according to your taste. This digestive candy can be eaten instantly after making it.
Preparation time: 25 minutes
· Raw mango – 350 grams
· Grated Jaggery– 1 cup
· Desi ghee – ½ tsp.
· Asafoetida – ½ tsp.
· Black salt – ½ tsp.
· Roasted cumin powder – ½ tsp.
· Black Pepper – ¼ tsp.
· Garam masala – ½ tsp.
· Raw mango powder(amchur powder) – 1 tsp.
· Salt – ½ tsp.
· Powdered sugar – 1/3 cup
Storage instruction :
You can store them in a clean & dry glass container in the refrigerator up to a year.
Add leftover sugar powder into that glass container in the end. so that it prevents moisture come into this.
