Ingredients:

For Tikha Pani / Cold & Spicy Water:
Fresh coriander leaves – 1 cup
Fresh mint leaves – 1/2 cup
Small ginger – 1 inch
Green chilies – 2 to 4 (can adjust spiciness according to taste)
Lemon juice – 3 tbsp.
Water – 1 litre
Salt to taste or – 1/2 tsp.
Black salt (kala namak) – 1/2 tsp.
Black pepper powder – 1/2 tsp.
Roasted cumin powder – 1/2 tsp.
Asafoetida (optional) – 2 pinch
Readymade pani puri masala or jaljira powder – 1 tbsp.

For Imli Gud ka Mitha Pani / Sweet Water:

Tamarind (emli) washed & clean – 1/2 cup
Jaggery – 3/4 cup
Asafoetida (hing) – 1/4 tsp.
Red chili powder – 1/2 tsp.
Cumin coriander powder – 1/2 tsp.
Roasted cumin powder – 1/2 tsp.
Salt – 1/2 tsp.
Black pepper powder – 1/2 tsp.
Black salt – 1/2 tsp.
Ice cubes – 2 to 4
Boondi – 2 tbsp.
