Preparation & cooking time – 15 minutes

Drink – 1 kadha (ukadha in Gujarati)

Ingredients:
– Water – 2.5 glass
– Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
– Bay leaves – 1
– Lemon peel – small piece 3 to 4
– Cloves – 5
– Black pepper – 10
– Ginger – 2 inch
– Carom seeds – 1 tsp
– Mint leaves – 10 -15
– Basil leaves – 2 to 4
– Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp
– Black salt – 1/2 tsp (optional)
– Cinnamon stick – 1 inch
– Honey – 2 tsp

Drink – 2
Ingredients :-

– Milk – 2 cups
– Cinnamon stick – 1 inch
– Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
– Ginger (grated) – 1 inch
– Basil leaves – 2 to 4
– Black pepper – 1/4 tsp

vital Tips :-

– Use fresh mint leaves and basil leaves for better result.

– Do not add whole spices into kadha to grind them and prepare paste. It will absorb all the flavors perfectly.

– Add black salt and lemon juice at last.

– Do not add honey while the kadha drink is too much hot. Keep aside kadha for a while let it cool down for a while and then add honey.
