– Big Rice (I used basmati rice) – 1/2 cup
– Green peas – 2 tbsp
– Tomatoes – 2 medium size

– Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
– Biryani masala powder – 1 tsp
– Bay leaves – 2
– Cloves – 2
– Cardamom – 1 piece
– Star anise –
– Cinnamon stick –
– Black pepper –
– Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
– Red chili powder – 1 tsp
– Cumin coriander powder –
– Shahi biryani masala – 1 tsp
