Serves – 2-3 persons

For stuffing process:-

– Leftover rice – 1.5 cups
– Any bread slices – 3 slices
– Green chilies finely chopped – 2 to 3
– Processed cheese – 2 cubes
– Mozzarella cheese (small pieces for stuffing) – 1/4 cup
– Rice flour or maida – 1 tbsp
– Chili flakes – 1 tsp
– Oregano – 1 tsp
– Mixed herbs – 1 tsp
– Salt – 1 tsp
– Coriander leaves – 1 tbsp
– Dry bread crumbs (toast ka chura) – 1/2 cup
– Oil for deep frying.

For slurry/paste process:-
– Corn flour – 1 tbsp
– All-purpose flour – 1tbsp
– Salt – a pinch
– Water – 2 to 3 tbsp

For sauce making :-
– Mayonnaise – 1/4 cup
– Red chili sauce or tomato sauce – 1 tbsp

vital Tips :-

– Double layering is must. If you do single coat (layer) it may open while you fry cheese balls.
