This candy recipe is made with gooseberry, Jaggery and some flavored Indian species which are readily available in everyone’s home. It is so convenient to purchase this pachak goli from market but it has so many preservatives in it. The second thing you can manage taste of salt and spices according to your family. You may make it instant and can be eaten instantly after making it.
Preparation time: 25 minutes
Ingredients:
Gooseberry or amla – 10 to12
Grated Jaggery– 3/4 cup
Desi ghee – 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida – 1/2 tsp
Black salt – 1/2 tsp
Dry ginger powder (sonth)– 1/4 tsp
Roasted cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
Black Pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
Garam masala – 1/4 tsp
Row mango powder(amchur powder) – 1 tbsp
Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Powdered sugar to coat candy – 1/4 cup
Storage instruction :-
– You can store them in clean & dry glass container in refrigerator up to a year.
– You have to keep them away from moisture so that it may last long.
