Vital Tips:-
Use always heavy bottom non-stick kadai for biryani making so that it will not burn.
Adjust spiciness according to your taste so that you can consume and enjoy the delicious flavor of biryani.
If you do not have a big non-stick vessel, you may use a heavy bottom pressure cooker but always remember to remove the whistle while making it for the dum process.
I always prefer to put a tawa inside the kadai during the dum process so that biriyani will have a nice flavor, cook slowly all around as well as won’t burn at the bottom.
You can use frozen or fresh mutter in it. Fresh mutter should be cooked for two whistles before using them.
You may use some veggies if you want.
Use fresh masalas for the better result.
